As a leader amongst the digital sales product team, you will help grow, inspire, and lead our Digital Product Onboarding team. Reporting to the Head of Product, this is a key role responsible for driving the bank’s mandate to increase digital share of sales. You will partner with the Head of Product on setting the strategic direction of Product Onboarding and you will lead a team of product managers focused on delivering the roadmap to achieve that strategy. Partner with the Head of Product to drive short- and long-term product vision, strategy, and goal setting for digital product onboarding Lead the development of the multi-year product roadmap, continuously feeding the backlog with new ideas that drive customer and business value Oversee the delivery of the product onboarding roadmap by leading a team of product managers of varying tenures; provide day-to-day guidance and leadership direction; prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to ensure quality digital product launches are done on time and deliver the intended results Engage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across the business, channel owners, compliance, fraud and other control functions to ensure their requirements are translated into the right products and journeys Effectively manage executive and partner expectations through crisp communication and storytelling; be seen as a thought leader and trusted partner who always provides thoughtful recommendations that create a good customer experience, de-risks the bank, and adds high business value Work with analytics to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales funnel performance, penetration, and engagement Collaborate with the Engineering and Design teams, providing them business context and engaging them to build the right products on time Coach.
