Job Summary: Basic Engineering Concepts & Technologies, Inc. (BecTech) is a Small Business Program Management and Engineering Services provider to Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies. BecTech is seeking professional candidates to fill the position of full-time Contracts Management Analyst in Crystal City, VA. Job Responsibilities: Create and maintain a workflow process to document, track, and report on all open contractual matters using tools such as Microsoft Planner. Manage workflow for contract Procurement Requests (PRs) and other contract actions using tools such as Microsoft Planner. Develop Requirements documents, to include Market Research Reports, Work Statements, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN), DD-254s, Source Selection Plans, Justifications & Approvals, and Determinations & Findings for activities approval by the Government. Assist in drafting statements of work, contract requirements, and delivery schedules. Enter Procurement Requests (PR) into the NAVSEA contracting system via standard procurement system (SPS or PD2). Attend and support contract negotiations. Maintain a comprehensive repository of contractual documents. Offer support in the review, tracking, and reporting of contractual deliverables and associated documents. Help in developing, recording, coordinating, and maintaining technical instructions. Required Education/Experience: Requires minimum of 4 years of related professional experience; 7 years of experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Demonstrated ability to follow direction and work within a team. Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills Possess good communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Able to obtain and retain a security clearance. ADA SPECIFICATIONS: Regular physical activity to include walking, climbing stairs, and standing; frequent period of prolonged sitting may be required. Ability to speak, read, hear, and write, with or without assistance. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Travel: Less than 5% expected All applicants selected will be subject to a background investigation.
