WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will: Work pattern - any 5 from 7 - predominantly Mon-Fri Covering 2 shifts 05:00-14:00 and 13:00-22:00 Primarily yard shunting of trailers on and off bays - average 40 movements per shift Also LGV C+E driving work to end users etc. Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card Candidates MUST have a minimum of 12 months commercial LGV C+E driving experience Shunting experience would be an advantage but full training will be provided Candidates must have a flexible, friendly, can do attitude and be a team player Candidates must live locally to Rugby CV21 1QN WHY CHOOSE US?
