Job Title : Part-Time /Full-time Nanny Location : Woolton, Liverpool Hours : 40 hours per week Tuesdays: 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM 7 hrs essential One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday): 6 hours (flexible on times)8-week-old baby boy Additional hours throughout the week which can be flexible Monday to Friday but with a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 40 offered with 5-10 hours of additional non child related light housekeeping to keep on top of family laundry etc. Position Type: Part-Time Salary : £16 gross per hour Start Date : As soon as possible Job Description: A loving family in Woolton, Liverpool, is in need of an experienced part-time nanny to care for their 8-week-old baby boy as mum returns to work. They are seeking a responsible and nurturing individual who can maintain the excellent routine established with the parents and maternity nurse during the baby's first few weeks. Responsibilities: Provide attentive care for the 8-week-old baby, ensuring his safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met. Prepare feeds as per the familys instructions, and assist with transitioning to solid foods when required. Maintain a consistent nap schedule and create a comfortable and safe sleeping environment. Engage in age-appropriate activities and playtime to encourage the baby's cognitive and physical development. Ensure the baby's cleanliness by changing nappies, bathing, and dressing. Maintain a safe environment and closely supervise the baby at all times. Perform light housekeeping duties related to the baby's care, such as washing bottles, baby laundry, and keeping the nursery tidy when sole charge and non child related when mum or dad is around Be available for occasional overnight stays when required, with advance notice from the family. Requirements: Proven experience working with babies, preferably with children under 6 months of age.
