Responsibilities:• Convert pre-qualified leads• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers• Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base• Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Lead Generation• Lead Follow Up• Sales scripts mastery• Database Qualifications:• Must have a valid Real Estate License• Coachable• Commission opportunity • Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions About Company: In keeping with the philosophy that agents are partners and stakeholders in the success of the business, Keller Williams Realty has created a distinct profit-sharing program in which approximately 50 percent of every market center’s profits every month are returned to those who have contributed to a market center’s growth by attracting productive associates to the office.
