Responsibilities: • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met• Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity• Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Qualifications: • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Decisive and proactive in the sales process• Great phone presence with a closer mentality• Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities• A valid Texas Real Estate License is required Compensation: $76,500 at plan earnings About Company: The Amanda Bell Realty Group is local to DFW, TX.
