We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and dynamic retailer, and we’re looking for a Studio Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, well-organized person, who possesses both creativity and commerciality, and who wants to contribute to making a positive impact to a successful and fast-growing company. The role requires a strong leader who can support and mentor a team to deliver at pace and will require collaborative working with the wider Brand Alley teams, namely buying. The Studio Manager leads a small in-house studio team and will be responsible for their output. The Studio Manager is responsible for the scheduling, production, and delivery of all shoots, including campaigns on location, to a high standard. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proven styling experience across both model and still life and should be comfortable working with cross-category products, from RTW to homewares, ensuring all our products and brands look their best. and taking responsibility for the styling on a daily basis. What will you be doing? Oversee, and be responsible for all imagery and content created in the studio across fashion, homeware, beauty and lifestyle including model Ecommerce, Flat lay, editorial, and lifestyle shoots. Own the daily studio schedule, working closely with external model agencies and freelance photographers/stylists to book talent. Liaise with buyers and manage the studio processes from start to finish, from when samples arrive, to when they are returned.
