Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative. Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 6 months Location: Syracuse, NY As a Customer Service Representative , you will be: Responsible for researching and responding to inquiries via telephone, email, walk-in, and mail from internal and external customers in accordance with custom designed benefit plans. Responsible for meeting set statistical performance measures such as length of each call and daily call volume. Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers, internal departments, vendors, and business associates. Responsible for assisting with the training of other team members. Responsible for participating in ongoing training to further knowledge of regulations, software systems, policies, and procedures, and develop skills to accurately fulfil requirements of the job. Responsible for adhering to all Customer Service policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have : Associate degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of six months' work experience. In lieu of degree a min of 2 years' experience working in a customer service setting/environment. Excellent oral, written, and listening skills. PC skills required.
