As a Data Privacy Analyst, you will be responsible for backssing data privacy risks, implementing data protection measures, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. Your expertise in data privacy laws and regulations will be essential in safeguarding the privacy and security of our organization's data assets. If you have a strong background in data privacy and a commitment to protecting personal information, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct data privacy impact backssments (DPIAs) to identify and mitigate privacy risks associated with data processing activities. Develop and implement data privacy policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Monitor and enforce data privacy policies and practices across the organization. Investigate data privacy incidents and breaches, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing remediation measures. Stay updated on data privacy laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and risk mitigation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Privacy, Information Security, Law, or related field. Proven experience in data privacy, with expertise in data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA. Strong understanding of data privacy principles and best practices.
