System Analyst Reporting EMEA, Finance Technology Solutions The Finance Technology Solutions Group within FS&T is focused on Envisioning and delivering the finance technology to support the enterprise ambitions. The EMEA systems teams is part of this team and focused on delivery in the EMEA region. The responsibility of the EMEA FS&T Systems team is to provide support for the planning and reporting technologies used by the teams in the FP&A Co E and the wider EMEA community. Maintaining data quality and controlling and developing the planning models are key objectives. Upskilling end users and support during planning cycles is a key objective for this team. This position will be a financial business analyst with strong technical skills being able to implement technical solutions, provide systems support to both regional as well as local finance users and work in close contact with the global EPM and technical teams. Key responsibilities will be providing support for the existing planning solutions including ensuring data integrity. The role also includes communication and business partnering with numerous stakeholders spread across EMEA region and other WW EPM teams. Key Responsibilities: Support of the WW PHARM & MEDTECH Planning Platforms • Active collaboration with EPM project team to understand/contribute to the management & migration of Pharm & MT Anaplan Planning models. Co-managing models through the various planning cycles. • Assist Senior Analyst with the daily management of our legacy EMEA planning system TM1. • Assist the Sustainability process which improves Data Quality in the Source Systems to align to the J&J Common Information (CIM) model and SKU mapping. • Regular connections with Anaplan Stakeholders (IL/DFIT OPS/Project) • Assist with any validation/testing work required.
