Located in southwest Minnesota (approximately 50 miles from Sioux Falls, SD), Edgerton is a charming town that prides itself on family values and a thriving future. The practice has a rich tradition of true “mixed” service (30% beef, 30% dairy, 30% small animal, and 10% equine/small ruminant). EVC is currently looking to add to their 4-doctor practice to help facilitate growing demand. Job Description: Full-time, Mixed-Animal Associate Modern diagnostic equipment (large animal U/S, digital xray, Heska in-house laboratory) Forward-thinking culture, with an emphasis on client satisfaction Ability to develop clinical skills with experienced mentors Commitment and support to your career goals and professional growth Details & Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience Stocked practice vehicle Professional Dues: 3 per year Professional liability provided CE Allowance: $3000 biennial PTO: 15 days/year Full Benefits Package (Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, Accident, + more!) 401K with employer match (after 90 days) Four Weeks PAID family leave (after 12 months) Accelerated ownership opportunity with our Associate Equity Program!
