Associate Product Manager – Accessories and Aftermarket Parts

FNA Group is a world class manufacturer of pressure washers and other outdoor power equipment. We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Product Manager for our expanding accessories and aftermarket parts business. This is a great opportunity for someone who would enjoy entering the world of catalog and web-based retail merchandising. If you have strong administrative, organizational, computer and communication skills, but also a passion for outdoor power equipment and the drive and motivation to grow in an expanding business, then we want to speak with you! Essential Duties: Work closely with our product, sales, marketing, and technical service teams Understand the competitive landscape, including pricing, products, strategies, suppliers, dealer presence and product merchandising Assist with and lead market research, competitive product testing and pricing analysis initiatives Conduct on-going product category research and identify trends, opportunities, and positioning for both current products and future product offerings Produce competitive product analysis materials Write effective product copy and specifications to be used throughout our sales and marketing collateral Be an expert with respect to FNA products, parts and accessories Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Effectively communicate with both internal and external colleagues and partners Present confidently and passionately in a variety of meeting and presentation settings Provide back-up support for other areas as necessary Complete other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in business from a 4-year college or university; or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must have full knowledge of Microsoft Office products: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word A solid understanding of the e-commerce, retail, and industrial buying environments Ability to: Read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Write reports, business correspondence and assist in producing manuals Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public Understand and use power tools Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills; in person, on the phone, in writing, and on video calls. English expected, Bi-Lingual communication skills in Spanish and English is a plus Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy; ability to multitask Experience within the power tool industry is preferred, but not required Job Posted by ApplicantPro
