This is an opportunity for an organized and dependable candidate whose primary responsibilities will pertain to an Administrative Assistant position. This position entails:-Check in and Check out process of all patient appointments- Interpreting patient need and directing issue to the appropriate staff member- Creating detailed telephone encounters - Perform secretarial duties- Schedule patient appointmentsThis position will also be cross trained in the reception and document management functionsThe ideal candidate must:- Have excellent customer service skills- Be able to work in a team environment- Have excellent time management skills- Be able to prioritize and manage workload efficiently- Have excellent communication and listening skills- Be flexible with changing work flows and schedules- Have an excellent attendance recordThe ideal candidate should have experience working in a medical office setting and within an electronic medical record but we are willing to train the right person._______________________________________ Please apply on-line.
