Closing Date: February 6, 2024 Reporting to the Senior Lead Operating Excellence, the Senior Specialist, Operating Excellence is responsible for developing and supporting key improvement initiatives. As a subject matter expert and practitioner in Continuous Improvement (CI), the individual will evaluate site opportunities, benchmark site performance, and be accountable for promoting, coaching, and leading a proportion of the sites Improvement initiatives pipeline. The successful candidate will work with the operating departments in the evaluation, implementation, and sustainment of initiatives with end users, leadership, and digital teams. If you are a results-driven leader with a proven track record in operational excellence, strategic planning, and project management, then this is an exciting opportunity for you. You will have the opportunity to create and implement integrated operational procedures and standards based on best practices from the industry leaders and Operating Excellence and Lean philosophy while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that each project will deliver the required benefits and is appropriately resourced.
