Responsibilities: • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed• Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends Qualifications: • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments• +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality Compensation: $70,000 - $135,000 yearly About Company: Giving Tree Realty was recently honored to receive the coveted "Best Place to Work" award two years running!
