Qualitative Associate Director Retail & Shopper Salary £50,000 - £60,000 Location Hybrid in London This is a great role for a qual Associate Director who specialises in retail and shopper research. You'll be at the forefront of retail innovation, partnering with major retailers to fuel strategic and tactical developments that touch the core of their business strategies. Your retail research expertise will be key in testing new store concepts, improving customer satisfaction, and deeply understanding consumer and shopper decision-making. You are naturally curious about shopper behaviour and can proficiently conduct intercepts, shop-alongs, in-home interviews, online communities, and focus groups. The team are lovely and led by a super energetic and inspirational leader. The mid-size agency has an entrepreneurial ethos and an open-door policy - people genuinely like working there (ask me why! ). You're an experienced insight agency qual researcher (senior RM ready to step into AD shoes or an established AD) with client and team leadership experience.
