Solutions Treatment Center is seeing a Primary Therapist to join our team. We are a small intensive outpatient treatment program specializing in trauma informed care for mental health and or addictions. We have locations in Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Preference will be given to those willing to work at both locations. Postion may be full or part time. Why work for us? We are a small, privately owned program with client care at the forefront of everythig we do Paid time off for full time employees Sick leave Health Insurance stipend Small case loads Team approach to treatment planning Free clinical supervision Merit based annual bonus structure Job Duties: Leading group and individual therapy sessions Treatment, aftercare and discharge planning Attend treatment team meetings Coordinate care with outside providers Minimum Qualifications: Masters Level clinician licensed in the state of NM (LPCC, LPC, LMHC, LISW, LCSW, LADAC, LPAT, ATR) Group and individual therapy experience Experience with Electronic Health Record Experience in treatment planning and clinical documentation Knowledge of a variety of mental health and addiction diagnosis Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $68,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
