The Role: As a Workplace Needs backssor in a Neurodiversity team, you will engage with clients, backss workplace needs, and propose impactful adjustments for lasting employee benefits. Requirements: Previously worked as a Workplace backssor, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or in a similar role. Ergonomic, physiotherapy, or Occupational Health background with a minimum 4 years of Post graduate experience Possess 2 years of Workplace backssments or Workstation backssment experience Registered with the HCPC Health Care Professions Council or Ergonomic professional organisation Full Member of Chartered Physiotherapists in Occupational Health or Ergonomics Such as ACPOHE, RCO, CIEHF, HFES, or equivalent.
