Location: PM IFMC, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL Status: Full Time Exempt Position Description: The Senior Operations and Integration Analyst will work both current activities and future integration planning across programs within the Mission Command Software Product Office. The Senior Analyst works collaboratively to provide coordination and oversight for daily operations, short and long range planning, and acquisition systems management for products and activities. This role entails presenting findings, research, and recommendations to Government customers for decision and action. The Senior Analyst must be able to take technical information and translate into correspondence and communication for Senior Army Leaders. This includes, but is not limited to, white papers (administrative and technical), articles, memos, awards, executive summaries, informational and decision briefs, and other correspondence across the programmatic, technical, and logistics domains. Data mining within Confluence and Jira applications for Agile SW development to build correspondence, road maps, and long-term strategies while identifying risks will be a key function of this position. Additional duties are as follows: Provide detailed assessments and recommended changes to program, technical, logistics, and administrative documentation. Maintain configuration control and archival of administrative and program documentation. Analyze, complete or sub-task, and track to completion assigned requirements from parent organizations. Maintain required office schedule, organize, and lead meetings with stakeholders as required. Facilitate the preparation and delivery of presentations to Senior Army Leaders and potential FMS customers in various media formats. Coordinate directly with key stakeholders to ensure supported efforts remain properly aligned both internally and externally to the organization. Document, analyze, and assess cost/schedule/performance risks for FMS programs within the software portfolio, always considering impacts to the US software baseline. Provide advice on difficult problems that require knowledge of the subject matter and any applicable dependencies. Prepare reports, studies, presentations, and related documentation to support the leadership team. Develop charts and graphs to record results, present critical information, and document decisions. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Candidates must possess a bachelors degree from an accredited institution. Ten years of relevant leadership experience is required. An inherent working knowledge of the Department of Defense Acquisition process. Proven ability to assess complex problems and to synthesize assessments into a coherent position. Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills. Work well within a team environment and interact professionally with senior civilian and military leadership. The ability to meet challenging deadlines and identify solutions to complex problems. Proficient with Information Technology tools; specifically, the Microsoft Office Software Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams), Cisco WebEx, and Jabber. Up to 10% travel required. Other Qualifications: Experience with software development in a DoD setting, preferably in an Agile process environment. Defense Acquisition University or PMP/equivalent certification is preferred. An in-depth understanding of military organizations and Air Defense system employment. Security Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret clearance. *Please note all applications remain active for up to 6 months.
