We offer Primary Care, Walk-In Urgent Care, limited Specialty Care - including Cardiovascular, Radiology & Imaging, Medical Laboratory, and more.Full time Administrative Assistant for a busy Cardiology PracticePrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:*Reception for a busy Cardiology practice (check in/check out process)*Verify insurance eligibility and demographic information *Collecting copay and reconciling closing deposit*Scheduling follow up appointments and all requested testing appointments *Answering a heavy volume of incoming calls *Registering patients*Documenting and routing telephone messages to appropriate staff*Using appropriate Medical Terminology for chart documentation*Making appointment confirmation calls*Other duties as needed*Providing coverage for vacation/sick*Obtaining medical records from other facilities*Obtain Prior Authorizations for all testing when neededQualifications:High School diplomaKnowledge of HIPAA.Medical experience strongly preferredECW a plus_______________________________________ Please apply on-line.
