Experienced HVAC Installer Lifestyle Comfort Solutions has an immediate opening for an Experienced HVAC Installer. Our fast-growing company offers: Highly competitive salaries + spiffs Benefits Year-round work! Position Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Be able to self-manage and work with other installers to competently and completely install projects on time, on budget, and meet all local codes while maintaining Ultimate Air Inc.'s high corporate standards. Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week; overtime is required Pay rate: Up to $28.00/HR DOE + spiffs Benefits: 65% of health insurance paid, 401k match, dental, vision, PTO, paid holiday, on-call incentive, iPad, phone, uniform, company vehicle Required Qualifications: 2+ years of HVAC experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Experienced with all types of equipment (heat pump, AC, gas, furnace, ductwork, mini-splits) Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems Able to lead team members on projects Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings. General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems Ability to test and balance systems Understand and apply all relevant codes Universal EPA Certification Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School- preferred NATE Certified- preferred Possess tools needed HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
