About Our Opportunity This position is responsible for the management, maintenance, and system enhancements related to numerous corporate IT systems utilized by all of Government. These systems include, but are not limited to: SAP – HR/Payroll, Finance, Controlling, Project Systems, Investment Management, and Funds Management modules as well as Project Systems and Information Management, systems peripheral to SAP like Winshuttle and the SAP portal; Salary Analysis System; IBM Content Navigator, Share Point sites, etc. This position is responsible for developing user guides and training materials for the various applications which are then used to provide user support, training, advice, and guidance. The individual in this position is a Subject Matter Expert and would participate in most corporate IT projects whose integration to the system would affect or could affect the systems which fall under the Financial Services Division’s responsibility. This position is responsible for full system testing of enhancement and support packs critical for users throughout Financial Services Division and all Government Departments, system owners, and support groups within and outside of government.
