Closing Date: January 8, 2024 Reporting to the Lead, Plant Continuous Improvement, the Process Control Engineer or Engineer-in-Training is responsible for leading process control improvements that drive value. Working closely with the plant automation team, operations and project teams, you will support design, implementation and continued operation of control strategies in the DCS, plant PLCs and Advanced Process Control software. To be successful, we are looking for someone with outstanding problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. The successful individual would be a motivated self-starter, organized, and able to prioritize contending demands in a fast-paced team environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and manage change while owning the outcome of working with diverse equipment, handling dynamic challenges. You will interact with other departments and gain exposure to all aspects of our mining operations.
