Presentation of products is intuitive, easy to find, and well placed in a manner to shorten your search time and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience Amafhh Foods Ltd Dba Sabzi Mandi Supermarket is looking for a General Manager NOC 00014 Responsibilities are as the General Manager as below. - Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives. - Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in customer service. - Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies and monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. - Manage inventory levels, optimize product assortment, and implement effective merchandising strategies. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and implementing customer feedback. - Drive financial performance through budgeting, cost control measures, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent and high-quality product supply. - Ensure products or services meet quality standards and implement quality control processes and procedures. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
